Intern at the Sustainability Office 100%
The City of Morges is offering an internship position at the Childhood, Culture and Sustainability Department within the Sustainability Office. The Sustainability Office defines and implements measures to ensure sustainable development within the framework of Agenda 21: for example, advice and financial aid to individuals for energy savings, promotion of soft mobility.
We are looking, ideally from September 23, 2025, for a duration of 6 months, for a

Main tasks:
- contribute to communication and implementation of the measures of the Municipal Climate Plan
- support the development of a public event to inform and raise awareness about the issues and measures of the Municipal Climate Plan
- contribute to the implementation of various support programs for schools regarding sustainability
- assist the Sustainability Office in developing responses to questions from the Morges Municipal Council, especially on ecological matters
- write articles for the municipal newsletter Reflets
- support the management of subsidy requests from the energy and sustainable development encouragement fund
We are looking for:
- holder of a Bachelor or Master in sustainability, a Master in geosciences and environmental sciences, a Master in social sciences or equivalent training, interested in sustainability, energy and biodiversity topics
- analytical and synthesis skills, autonomous, organized, personable, initiative-taking (creativity and proactivity)
- good writing skills and proficiency in common computer tools
- good knowledge of the Swiss political world, knowledge of the Morges region is an asset
The internship will take place at place St-Louis 2, 1110 Morges. The intern has the possibility to work one day per week remotely.
