Care Manager (m/f/x) 80-100%

To strengthen our Personal Insurance Department, which offers our clients high-level services in benefits management, we are looking for a Care Manager (m/f/x) at 80-100% for the North Vaud region, who will join the Care Management service within the Pension and Personal Insurance Department (PAP).

The tasks awaiting you:

• Conduct courtesy visits in the field of sickness loss of earnings
• Negotiate to bring the parties to adopt a consensual solution to enable a quick return to the labor market in cases where the absence relates to the workplace
• Contact various stakeholders (employer, unemployment, AI, etc.) and coordinate actions to achieve a triple win result (employer – employee – insurer).
• Negotiate with lawyers, unions, and/or insurers

Your profile:

• Legal training or federal insurance diploma
• Proven professional experience in the field of personal insurance desired
• Ideally, experience in labor law and/or mediation
• Perfect oral and written command of French (German an asset) and proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office)
