Co-Team Leader Central Administration 100%

The central administration team, wira Lucerne, is responsible for the initial registrations of the Regional Employment Centers in the canton of Lucerne and supports the labor market area in all administrative matters. 

• You lead and organize the team according to the principles of results-oriented administration (WOV) on behalf of the department management and are responsible for the professional and personnel leadership of the team.
• You ensure the quality, performance, and result orientation of the team and are responsible for the implementation of the internal control system of the central administration.
• You participate in daily business and internal coordination and working groups.
• You are responsible for and ensure smooth cooperation with interface areas such as customer center, document center, etc.
• You implement the specified goals and framework conditions from the department management through active communication and information policy, supportive and demanding leadership work, as well as targeted further development of employees. 

• You have completed vocational training.
• You bring several years of commercial professional experience.
• You already have leadership experience and leadership training or are willing to complete such training. 
• You have very good MS Office skills.
• You are interested in social insurance law issues.
