Your Tasks
- Support of the department management in operational and organizational tasks
- Representation of the department management during absence
- Support and accompaniment of the 3 specialist professionals and 15 team members in daily business
- Participation in projects to further develop billing processes
- Timely billing according to legal, tariff, and contractual regulations for all services provided.
- Processing of invoice rejections
- Contact person for billing matters for patients, clinics, insurance companies, and public authorities
Your Profile
- Resilient, communicative, and team-oriented personality with high personal responsibility
- Completed commercial or medical basic training with further education in healthcare/billing
- Leadership affinity, networked thinking, and a precise, structured way of working
- Several years of professional experience in patient billing in a hospital or similar healthcare facility
- Sound knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system, especially TARMED and SwissDRG
- Good IT user skills (ideally SAP IS-H)
