About the job
Your Area of Responsibility
- Implementing a care-led
care model for long-term care in our senior centers - Professional leadership of our nursing and
care teams - organizing and conducting internal professional training - Supporting and advising the nursing team in
complex and/or unstable care situations - Conducting clinical examinations and
assessments of residents - an important
link in interdisciplinary and
interprofessional collaboration - Data collection within the framework of the Interscale project as well as participation in surveys and interviews
- Close collaboration within the project team as well as with nursing and care staff
Your Competencies
- Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent tertiary-level training with at least three years of professional experience in geriatrics/gerontology
- Further training in geriatrics, counseling, or leadership at CAS / DAS level or a Master in
Nursing Science is an advantage, but not mandatory - Independent, flexible, and resilient personality with strong teamwork skills
- Leadership skills, communication skills, and a healthy assertiveness
- Quick comprehension, structured and
problem-solving oriented working style - strong interest in actively
contributing to the further development of structures
