Head of Strategic Asset Management Network (m/f/d) 80–100%
Your Tasks
- You take over the personnel and professional leadership of 7 employees
- You plan the technical implementation of asset management strategies in everyday work
- You develop maintenance and investment strategies and thus create the foundations and scenarios for the medium- and long-term planning of the network
- You conduct risk assessments of new, expansion and conversion as well as maintenance activities and coordinate any measures
- You are responsible for the continuous development of the processes necessary for risk identification and assessment of an asset
- You define strategic guidelines for the development, design and implementation of the network information strategy
Your Qualities
- You have completed a Master’s degree in electrical or energy engineering or have a comparable qualification
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in asset management in the energy sector and preferably already have experience in personnel management
- You have in-depth knowledge in the areas of network planning and calculation
- You know the relevant standards such as ISO 55000 and ISO 31000 as well as industry standards
- You have very good German and good English skills
- Your ability to persuade, your strategic thinking and your strength in communication at different levels complete your profile
