In the Finance + Real Estate department, Real Estate division, we are looking to strengthen our team from May 1, 2026, or by arrangement, with you as a Property Clerk.

Your tasks
- Support of the property managers
- Rental of infrastructure (advertising for prospective tenants, viewings, handovers)
- Tenant support (receiving and processing tenant concerns)
- General correspondence of the Real Estate division
- Billing of services and usage fees for rent and lease
- Counter and telephone service
- Wine sales including processing orders and billing
- Participation in events
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Knowledge in the real estate sector
- Experience in administration
- Good IT skills (Abacus, MS Office, Axioma, CMI, AbaImmo real estate program advantageous)
- Flexible, service-oriented and independent working style with diplomatic skills
