Tasks
You accompany the entire recruiting journey of our Cabin Crew Members, from employer branding and applicant management through assessments to successful onboarding.
A versatile range of tasks awaits you:
- You pre-select cabin crew applications and accompany the recruiting processes up to onboarding
- Ensuring an appreciative, transparent, and contemporary candidate experience across all communication channels
- You support employer branding measures and maintain our recruiting and job platforms
- Support and optimization of the applicant management system as well as ensuring high data quality
- Further development and digitization of recruiting processes in collaboration with internal and external interfaces

Requirements
As an intern in Talent Management, you are a flexible, enthusiastic personality with a reliable working style. You present yourself representatively, communicate clearly, think in networks, and proactively contribute as a team player to shape the future together.
You bring the following:
- High school graduate or graduate of a specialized, commercial, or business school, a grammar school, or a 3-year commercial apprenticeship (EFZ)
- High coordination skills, independent work, and proactive, careful working style
- Enjoyment of administrative tasks, service orientation, and confident interaction with people
- Team player mentality with an inspiring appearance and "can-do attitude"
- Fluent German and English skills as well as confident use of Microsoft 365 applications
