Your Tasks
- Hierarchical and professional leadership of the Planning and Personnel Deployment department including support and development of employees
- Overall responsibility for driving, circulation, and duty roster planning, personnel deployment as well as time and allowance accounting for train, bus, and control personnel
- Overall responsibility for data supply for train and bus in interchange systems
- Technical responsibility for the IVU planning tool
- Planning of operational measures during construction work, events, and special operational situations on the RBS network
- Participation in committees, projects, and management meetings
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training with EFZ and further training as a public transport manager or business administration further education
- Very good knowledge of public transport, ideally in train and bus production
- Several years of leadership and planning experience, including concept and implementation work
- Strong organizational, analytical, and conceptual skills
- High social and communication competence as well as confident appearance in various committees
