With around 70,000 consultations annually in primary, specialized, and emergency care and over 5,000 surgeries of all degrees of severity, Uroviva is a significant provider of urological services in Switzerland.

For our centrally located Andrology Center - directly at Zurich-Stadelhofen train station - we are looking for a from May 1, 2026, or by arrangement

Head Medical Practice Assistant 80-100%

• Leading the team and scheduling
• Main responsibility for planning, organizing, and preparing consultations including patient reception and care
• Independent organization of the consultation, specialized in andrology
• Independent execution of blood draws, urine analyses, and injections
• Process optimization
• Performance controlling according to outpatient flat rate
• Reception duties such as appointment scheduling, patient registration, telephone operation, etc.
• Management of consumables
• Responsibility for maintaining quality management (QM)

• Completed training as MPA EFZ and several years of professional experience
• Leadership experience, further training as MPK is an advantage
• Good MS Office skills and foreign language knowledge
• Friendly and patient personality as well as high resilience and teamwork skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Experience with the Vitodata operating system is an advantage (but not mandatory)
