The Spitex Region Interlaken AG and its 110 motivated employees provide 15 municipalities around Interlaken with home help and care services
We are looking for a motivated and committed person for the position of
Clerk Finance/Administration, 60%, starting April 1, 2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks
• Participation in the daily business of financial accounting
• Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as assistance with payment transactions
• Correspondence with municipalities, cantons, and insurers
• Cooperation with external trustees who handle complex cases and financial statements
• Active participation in administrative tasks of the organization
• Attendance at meetings and taking minutes
Your profile
• Further training as a clerk in accounting or a federal specialist certificate in finance and accounting
• Solid experience in accounting, ideally in payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Experience in healthcare or with public billing is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Discretion, organizational skills, and good German language skills
• Teamwork skills and a strong service orientation
