Your area of responsibility
- Management and design of the training processes of the apprentices in collaboration with the vocational trainer
- Taking on tasks within the training process of the apprentices
- Systematic support of the practice-theory transfer
- Expert activity in qualification procedures
- Advising teams on training issues and co-responsibility for the introduction of new apprentices
Your profile
- Nurse, Dipl. HF or BScN
- Professional experience in long-term care
- Experience as a practical trainer
- Experience as an examination expert
- Pedagogical further training (SVEB course)
- Very good German skills (spoken and written, as well as understanding Swiss German dialect)
