Management Internship Chef de Service / Ship Management (a) for hotel management students
Here is what you will do
- You fulfill the host function
- You lead the service and kitchen staff on the ship
- You have daily coordination with the management team and the nautical team on board
- You are responsible for carrying out daily accounts, internal orders, and inventory management
- You consistently implement the safety and hygiene concept (HACCP)
