For our central sterilization integrated in the OR, we are looking for a Medical Device Technologist or Technical Sterilization Assistant starting May 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Medical Device Technologist or Technical Sterilization Assistant (60% - 100%)

Your Challenge

Proper preparation and processing as well as care and sterilization of instruments and materials for the operating area and wards, taking into account legal requirements and quality standards
Qualified operation of existing devices (RDG, sterilizers, pass-through sealing devices, steamers, etc.) including performing routine checks
Assembly of OR instrument trays, sets, and individual items
Management of inventory for sterile and non-sterile materials
Documentation, compilation, and release of sterilization batches

Your Profile

Training as a Medical Device Technologist or Technical Sterilization Assistant (Expertise 1/2)
Several years of solid professional experience in a central sterilization unit is an advantage
Committed, responsible, and team-oriented working style
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Good PC skills
Integrative personality with good prerequisites for working in a small team and a friendly approach to different stakeholders
