The Freiruum in Zug is an innovative experience venue that combines enjoyment, sports, and events on 11,500 m². As part of the Pointbreak Group, Freiruum benefits from a strong network of agencies, companies, and specialists. In the former shed hall, which served as a production site until 2018, the Freiruum was created in 2019. Here, visitors can discover new things in various areas, move, and enjoy. With around 80 dedicated employees, unforgettable experiences are created daily.
To expand our gastronomy team, we are looking for an employee as a "Bar Supervisor." You are not afraid to pitch in, enjoy being at the front during small and large events, know the smooth operation at the front and behind the scenes, contribute advice and support, and are a team player. You are a personality accustomed to flexible and changing working hours, have experience in a similar position, like to apply your learned knowledge, and want to provide the best possible service to guests with your team. Your tasks include active and attentive guest care, leadership, allocation, coordination, and briefing of the front team, participation in team leader meetings (with front / personnel manager), ensuring smooth operation, daily and evening programs, daily closing, assistance with quality assurance (hygiene, occupational safety, implementation of operational guidelines), coordination as well as setup and teardown of various events, assistance at the bar, preparation of various drinks, assignments at events, maintaining order in your own area, assistance with inventory control, personnel needs controlling, opening and closing the operation, and staff training.
Your profile includes an extroverted, friendly, and courteous personality, customer-oriented actions and thinking, a neat appearance, an independent, flexible, and reliable person, good German and English skills, experience in a similar position, knowledge of various cocktails, willingness to get to know gastronomy anew, and initial leadership experience.
