As Finance & Treasury Manager, you take professional responsibility for our accounting and manage extensive financial flows. You are responsible for ensuring that all payment transactions around our online shop run smoothly – from supplier invoices to customs costs to internal bookings. You take on a key role in our financial management and get the chance to fundamentally optimize our accounting processes alongside the usual daily business. Together with your deputy, you work closely with our various departments as well as with an external fiduciary company. You can expect a responsible role with short decision-making paths and plenty of scope for creativity, where you work independently and actively contribute to the further development of our accounting processes.
Your tasks
- Control, monitoring, and processing of national and international payment transactions
- Management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial, payroll, and asset accounting
- Posting all business transactions
- Processing bank statements, booking incoming and outgoing payments
- Ensuring and checking correct invoicing according to contract agreements
- Preparation and assistance in the preparation of annual financial statements
- Conducting dunning procedures
- Responsibility for cash management
- Data-based evaluation and creation of meaningful statistics based on invoice data to derive strategic recommendations for action
- Identification and implementation of process optimizations in accounting
What is important to us
- You have several years of experience in accounting, finance, or controlling
- If you have advanced training in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping and can thus take our accounting to the next level, that is a big plus for us
- You are familiar with accounting software and can therefore identify where we can further optimize our processes
- Thanks to your strong numerical flair, you quickly recognize any discrepancies, which you can successfully eliminate at any time with your structured way of working

- You are an Excel expert and can efficiently analyze, prepare, and visualize data to support well-founded business decisions
