Tasks

• You take over the professional and personnel management of social counseling and actively shape its further development
• You specifically develop your team, promote strengths, and ensure forward-looking resource and deployment planning
• As the central contact person, you represent social counseling confidently within the clinic as well as towards external partners
• You actively shape processes and contribute your ideas to cross-departmental projects
• With professional competence and empathy, you support patients and their relatives in challenging life situations
• You clarify insurance and financial questions in a solution-oriented and understandable manner
• You organize sustainable follow-up solutions – from returning home to the appropriate form of housing or care
• Through your strong networking, you create viable solutions with specialist offices, authorities, and external institutions
• You actively and on equal footing shape the interdisciplinary collaboration within the treatment team

Profile

• You have a completed degree in social work (FH/BSc) and bring several years of professional experience – ideally in healthcare
• Further training at the master’s level is a plus and underlines your professional claim
• You are very familiar with social insurance and especially healthcare
• Leadership experience as well as joy in developing and supporting people characterize you
• With your high social competence and communication skills, you create trust and orientation
• You appear confident and professional and convince with your structured, solution-oriented way of working
• You remain flexible, resilient, and keep an overview even in dynamic situations
• Teamwork is a matter of course for you – together you achieve more
• You have very good German skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are a plus
• You use digital tools confidently and efficiently in your daily work
