Luzerner Psychiatrie AG is a teaching hospital of the University of Lucerne and is represented with its services at various locations in the canton of Lucerne and in Sarnen, canton of Obwalden. Head of Facility Management 80%-100% (m/f/d)

• Overall responsibility, leadership, and further development of the Facility Management team (approx. 15 employees) with the departments of technology, construction, and landscaping
• Ensuring an economical and sustainable operation of all systems and infrastructures
• Continuous optimization of facility management processes and services as well as compliance with legal regulations
• Initiation, planning, and implementation of projects
• Coordination and management of external service partners, especially at the external locations

• Completed technical training, e.g., in construction or building technology with further education in facility management and team leadership at HF or FH level
• Experience in a leadership role, ideally in a healthcare institution
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• High commitment, resilience, and flexibility
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style as well as willingness to work across locations (main workplace St. Urban, regular visits to other locations are necessary)
