We are committed to ensuring that people with disabilities can live self-determined lives and pursue meaningful, qualified work.

For our Therapy Department (physiotherapy and occupational therapy), which primarily serves internal clients, we are immediately seeking a dedicated and professionally skilled Department Head Therapy (workload 70% - 90%).

Your tasks:

• Professional, organizational, and personnel management of a committed team of five specialists

• Design and implementation of innovative therapy approaches for neurological patients

• Responsibility for budget and personnel planning, treatment statistics, and quality assurance

• Recording data and services as well as maintaining documentation

• Independent care and treatment of patients

• Close interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues from other departments and external agencies

• Participation in exciting projects

Your profile:

• Completed training as a physiotherapist FH/HF with SRK recognition

• Practical experience in the field of neurological therapy

• Leadership experience and enjoyment of team leadership as well as interdisciplinary collaboration

• Entrepreneurial thinking, affinity for numbers, and independent, solution-oriented working style

• Empathetic personality with high social and communication skills

• Confident handling of Office applications and planning software
