The Vigier Group mainly operates in B to B and its communication strategy is aligned accordingly. For this newly created position, we are looking for a creative, structured personality with a strong sense for digital communication. This includes the following tasks:
- Responsible for developing the communication strategy and its implementation primarily through digital channels
- Sparring partner for the management and support/leadership of cross-departmental initiatives and projects
- Preparation and editing of external and internal news articles, stories, and campaigns in coordination with various departments and, if necessary, with external partners
- Further development of the corporate design and ensuring consistent application throughout the group
- Responsible for media aspects in crisis situations (media relations)

- Relevant qualification in communication with several years of professional experience in the communication environment
- Structured and independent working style with high implementation competence
- Solid knowledge in handling content management systems, social media, SEO, information architecture, as well as data-based analysis and target group-oriented communication
- Experience in editorial planning and implementation (design of online and print media)
- Language skills, enjoyment of writing, and very good German and French skills in spoken and written form. English is an advantage
