About us
As the HRM competence center of the Cantonal Police of Graubünden, we develop innovative educational offerings and future-oriented learning concepts. We ensure that key topics are planned, further developed, and implemented proactively – in line with our motto: "We work at the police because it fits our lives."
To further develop our analog and digital educational offerings, we are looking for an innovative and engaging personality as Head of Educational Development by agreement.
Your area of responsibility
- Planning, implementation, and continuous development of the internal and external continuing education offerings of the Cantonal Police GR
- Ensuring smooth administrative processes for all continuing education offerings
- Expansion and management of analog and digital learning offerings including Learning Management System (LMS)
- Development and maintenance of digital continuing education formats
- Creation of interactive learning offerings with authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate or similar)
- Independent development and implementation of e-learnings
- Application of modern learning strategies (e.g., blended learning, microlearning, digital learning formats)
- Quality assurance, educational controlling, and reporting in the area of learning and development
- Didactic and methodological preparation of learning content in close cooperation with specialist departments and experts
- Evaluation and continuous optimization of existing learning offerings
- Support of instructors in methodical-didactic lesson preparation
- Professional advice and support for managers and employees on continuing education and personnel development
- Conducting internal audits in the area of continuing education
- Serving as an instructor in internal continuing education
- Participation in HRM and educational projects as well as implementation of the HRM strategy
What we expect from you
- Completed further education in adult education or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in learning management, ideally with leadership experience
- Expertise in the development and implementation of analog and digital educational formats
- Experience in creating e-learnings
- Creativity and sensitivity for modern learning trends as well as target group-appropriate communication
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong social and communication skills as well as teamwork ability
- Affinity for digital technologies, photography, and image editing (e.g., media technology, illustrations) or willingness to acquire these skills
- Solid knowledge in handling Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- High organizational skills as well as confident appearance and assertiveness
- Flexibility and willingness for continuous further education
- Innovative spirit and openness to new learning technologies
