You will help shape
- Lead in the specialist area: You are the central contact person for complex nursing issues and provide your team with security and clarity
- Multiply knowledge: You conduct short training sessions, support newcomers, and ensure that knowledge is practically anchored
- Ensure quality & future: In shared governance and cross-departmental projects, you shape processes, further develop standards, and implement innovations in practice
- Hands-on responsibility: Besides your expertise, you stay close to the care of our patients and shape the quality of care with your attitude
- Co-lead, co-decide: You contribute to achieving the department's goals, both operationally and strategically
What you bring
- Bachelor in Nursing FH (or in training) or Nursing HF with CAS/MAS in Acute Care
- Strong sense of responsibility and the commitment to ensure the highest quality
- The courage to take on leadership, whether in daily work, projects, or in the further development of our processes
- Enthusiasm for teamwork, combined with initiative and the ability to inspire others
