What to expect
- Your responsibilities include the monthly review of absences of our customers for accident daily allowance billing and company continued payment of wages as well as preparing and forwarding the bills to the insurers
- You support and advise our customers by phone in the use of our software
- You identify improvement potential in our software and let your ideas flow into our product development
What you bring
Your profile
- Commercial training
- Business management further education or equivalent training is an advantage
- Confident handling of various IT applications as well as willingness to familiarize yourself with our specialized software
- Knowledge in claims processing of collective personal insurances or in HR administration in the field of social insurances is an advantage
- Negotiation-level German skills
- Good French skills are an advantage
