The Dielsdorf Health Center is a specialized care institution with around 430 employees in the Zurich lowlands and ensures care at nursing places for the 22 political municipalities of the Dielsdorf district with approx. 90,000 inhabitants. With over 200 beds, the inpatient offering of general long-term care is complemented by specialized treatment pathways for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and the focus on dementia.
The Regional Spitex forms an important part of the care offering. It provides outpatient services for the five contract municipalities. In the future, it is planned to establish a night Spitex.
As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking on behalf of the Dielsdorf Health Center for an empathetic and experienced personality as Department Head: Inpatient Care with Focus on Dementia
- You take on a responsible management position in which you strategically shape and further develop the leadership of several teams
- You actively shape the future of the dementia area by contributing your solid expertise to innovative concepts and practical solutions
- You take on a central role in the implementation and further development of our dementia concept, including quality assurance, process optimization, and measurable improvements for the residents
- You help set standards and establish best practices that increase both the quality of life and the safety of our residents
- You promote a culture of collaboration, knowledge exchange, and high service orientation towards residents and relatives
- You represent the dementia area internally and externally, build networks, and keep up to date with current developments and guidelines
- You have completed training as a certified nursing professional HF or an equivalent SRK recognition
- You bring completed leadership training, ideally with a business management background
- You have a secure command of the German language in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
- You have several years of professional experience as a nursing professional HF as well as leadership experience
- You have solid experience in dealing with people with dementia
- You are characterized by high social competence, responsibility, independence, and flexibility
- You work networked, think proactively, are precise, reliable, and well organized
