For the Swiss market, we are looking for a Team Lead Sales Switzerland (m/f/d) who will sustainably further develop our sales and lead our teams to top performance.
Your tasks are:
- Overall responsibility for national sales in the German and Western Switzerland regions
- Development and implementation of the sales strategy to achieve revenue and profit targets
- Leadership, motivation, and further development of the sales teams
- Analysis of market and competitive developments and derivation of appropriate measures
- Management of own key customers (Key Accounts) and expansion of long-term customer relationships
- Control and optimization of sales processes and key figures
- Close cooperation with external partners, product management, and executive management
For this, we are looking for the following profile:
- Completed technical education (technical school, university of applied sciences, university) in electrical engineering (or comparable) or you have comparable qualifications (e.g., many years of experience in the sales of technical products)
- Several years of professional experience in sales
- Proven success in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Confident appearance, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
- Good MS Office skills
- Very good German and good French skills
