For our client, we are looking for a responsible and empathetic nursing specialist (FaGe, Dipl, AKP, DN1, DN2) starting 01.03.2026 or by arrangement.
Tasks
- Day responsibility in early and late shifts as well as management of the nursing process
- Professional and heartfelt care and support of our residents
- Planning and accompaniment of doctor visits
- Close collaboration in the interdisciplinary team – goal- and solution-oriented
- Contact person for residents, relatives, and employees
Requirements Profile
- Recognized professional diploma (SRK) as HF, AKP, DN2, DN1, FaGe EFZ or specialist in long-term care with federal specialist certificate
- Empathy, humor, and joy in dealing with people
- Patience, tolerance, and pronounced social skills
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good PC user skills
- RAI-RUG knowledge is an advantage
