For our location at Scheuchzerstrasse in Zurich, we are looking for a committed personality as of April 1, 2026, or by arrangement, as

Course Management Vocational Maturity (BM2, Path 2) and Passerelle

approx. 40 – 50% with optional teaching workload

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the management of the BM2 (Path 2) and Passerelle courses at the Zurich location
• Professional and personnel leadership of the teaching staff
• Pedagogical support and individual promotion of learners
• Planning, organization, and quality assurance of school processes
• Close cooperation with the school management and administrative offices
• Active participation in information events and counseling sessions
• Optional: Teaching activity of about 20 – 40% from August 2026

Your profile

• University or university of applied sciences degree
• Vocational pedagogical qualification (or willingness to acquire one)
• Teaching experience in vocational maturity or at a comparable level
• Ideally leadership experience in an educational institution
• High motivation for leadership, organization, and pedagogical development
• Enjoy working with performance-oriented adolescents and young adults
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and ability to work in a team
