This is what your daily routine looks like
- You care for and support our 42 residents together with a specialist according to their individual needs during the night and assist them with personal concerns.
- You carry out the care documentation CareCoach according to your competencies and take on recurring tasks for the residential area.
- Your shifts can be supplemented with day and late shifts as needed depending on the desired workload.
This is how you impress us
- You have completed nursing training at functional level 1 (Health and Social Assistant EBA, Nursing Assistant, SRK Nursing Helper) and preferably already have professional experience in long-term care. We are also happy to support you as a new or returning entrant.
- Furthermore, you are an empathetic, helpful, and committed person who is used to responsible, independent as well as team-oriented work.
- The respectful and helpful interaction with elderly, care-dependent people fulfills you in your daily work.
- For the care of our residents, you need very good German skills in spoken and written form.
