As a team leader in the company's own uniformed security service, you are responsible for ensuring that the Green buildings are optimally protected and guarded. In this role, you lead a team of Green's own employees. You and your team are the business card of our company and take care of all security-related issues professionally and responsibly around the clock. You represent our company and are an ambassador of our values.

Your area of responsibility

• Ensuring and organizing Security Operations Services in 24/7/365 shift operation
• Personnel and professional leadership, as well as training of the team
• Further development of the team with targeted measures "on the job" and "off the job"
• Ensuring appropriate security measures so that people, information, and assets are protected from harm in various operating conditions
• Early identification of security-relevant events and taking necessary measures
• Active participation in projects or management of smaller projects
• Ensuring the required quality
• Participation in the operational area
• Various administrative tasks
• Deployment at all Green locations

Your skills

• Several years of experience in various areas of the security industry, additional leadership experience desired
• Completed vocational training with appropriate further education (e.g. specialist certificate in the security sector)
• Experience as an instructor/trainer in various security areas desirable
• Very good understanding of various technical systems and high willingness to familiarize yourself with them
• Good knowledge in the areas of security prevention, security intervention as well as
• Experience in operating a security control center
• Experience in project management is an advantage
• High resilience, as well as good physical and mental condition
• Willingness and flexibility for shift work (24/7/365)
• Communicative, assertive, and customer-oriented personality with good
• social skills and manners, motivating leadership style
• Ability to communicate with different contact groups
• Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register)
• Very good German skills (spoken and written) and good English skills (good communication must be possible)
• Very good MS Office skills
• Driving license category B
