What awaits you:
- Solution-oriented support and empowerment of executives in their daily leadership tasks.
- Identification, development, and implementation of value- and strategy-oriented "Policies&Procedures".
- Identification, design, and execution of targeted learning and knowledge initiatives.
- Promotion of "Engagement", feedback culture, corporate and sustainability values with targeted measures for a strong, identity-forming culture.
- Participation in personnel planning, onboarding, personnel and leadership development.
- Operational HR support throughout the entire HR life cycle.
- While the responsibilities described here apply to the entire group, the role also acts as a bilingual contact and trusted person for our two locations in Geneva and Lausanne.
What you bring with you:
- Advanced professional training in business administration, psychology, personnel or organizational management, or comparable fields.
- Several years of proven experience in most of the above-mentioned areas of responsibility.
- High affinity for using digital work tools such as MS Excel, Abacus, cloud HRIS solutions.
- Independence, strong communication and teamwork skills, service orientation.
- Fluent in German and French, good English skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
