Foreman Civil Engineering and Demolition (m/f)

In this role, you will be deployed on construction sites in the greater Zurich area and surroundings, independently and/or under instruction performing tasks. You are jointly responsible for the reputation and appearance of the construction company on the front line. Varied tasks and a collegial working atmosphere await you.
Your main tasks include:
- Independent management of small to large civil engineering and demolition construction sites
- Reporting via iPad of the team assigned to you
- Active participation on the construction sites assigned to you
- Good contact maintenance with the client or construction management, residents, and authorities (e.g., police, utilities)
- Close cooperation with the responsible foreman and/or construction manager
- Control and improvement of workflows and processes on the construction site
- Responsible for compliance with occupational safety and enforcement of regulations on the construction site as well as adherence to all relevant laws
You bring the following qualifications:
- Completed training in the main construction trade with further training as a foreman in civil engineering
- Several years of professional experience as a foreman in civil engineering
- Team player and resilient
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Confident appearance and skilled handling of clients and customers
