With professional nursing, household help, and care, as well as the specialties of psychiatry, palliative care, and wound management, we ensure outpatient home care.
To support the psychiatry team, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a
Dipl. Psychiatric Nurse HF or PsyKP

Your tasks
- Ensuring needs-based psychiatric nursing
- Co-responsibility for the care process of clients
- Advising and supporting clients and their relatives
- Participating in quality assurance and further development of care processes
Your skills
- Degree as a certified psychiatric nurse HF or equivalent training
- Experience with interRAI CMH desired
- Independent assessment of psychiatric situations
- Appreciative communication and high social competence
- Flexibility and resilience
- Enjoy working independently and responsibly
- IT skills
- Car driving license
