API Interface Manager (m/f)
Responsibilities
Interface management: conception, implementation, documentation, and further development of interfaces to surrounding systems
Project work: participation in cross-departmental projects as well as management of subprojects and smaller initiatives
Application operation: life-cycle management, configuration, user administration, and monitoring of the supported applications
Release and change management: planning, coordination, and execution of releases including test management in close cooperation with application managers and specialist departments
Partner coordination: coordination and collaboration with external service providers, system partners, and internal stakeholders
Profile
Several years of professional experience in a hospital environment (at least 5 years) with solid knowledge in process and interface management, ideally with Orchestra
Completed training or studies in computer science
Very good knowledge of modern API technologies (REST, GraphQL, SOAP) as well as experience with API management platforms such as AWS API Gateway and Azure API Management
Experience in application support including user, release, and change management
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a high service mentality
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills
