The Restaurant Schloss Bottmingen was built in the second half of the 13th century and was first mentioned in documents in 1363. It is the only preserved water castle in the Leimental and is located in a dreamlike English park on the outskirts of Basel. The extraordinary historic complex is under federal and cantonal monument protection. The romantic and stylish rooms are especially popular for weddings and festive occasions of all kinds (up to 145 people). Furthermore, six elegantly furnished historic halls for 8 to 40 people are available. In summer, guests enjoy the romantic atmosphere on the garden terrace directly by the pond.
Today, Restaurant Schloss Bottmingen is a gastronomic establishment of high culinary quality. The Brasserie du Chateau and the Gourmet Louis serve creations of classic French cuisine as well as creative dishes depending on the season.

Your tasks:
- Attending to guests from reception to farewell
- Ensuring flawless service
- Enthusing our demanding guests with your pleasant manner
- Ensuring professional wine service including wine recommendations
- You speak fluent German and can also communicate in English and/or French
Requirements for you:
- Completed training in classic service
- Experience in upscale gastronomy
- You are a pleasant, friendly, and well-groomed personality
- You speak fluent German and can also communicate in English and/or French
- You have a great interest and affinity for this field and would like to develop further
- You love direct guest contact and enjoy working in a team
