Specialist Unemployment Insurance 80–100%

Your responsibilities

• Together with your team, you provide professional advice and support to our employees at the locations in ALV case processing.
• You independently and service-oriented clarify and assess incoming applications for short-time work and bad weather compensation.
• You check and assess possible double payments in cases of undeclared work (BGSA).
• You review the benefits of other social insurances (especially IV, SUVA, and BVG) and calculate the offsetting as well as the recoveries of ALV benefits. 
• You clarify matters within your area of responsibility with authorities, offices, legal representatives, and employers.
• In exchange with specialists from central departments, you solve complex problems in file processing.

Your profile

• Expert knowledge and several years of experience in case processing in the field of unemployment insurance are a must. 
• Experience in processing short-time work and bad weather compensation is a plus.
• Experienced in dealing with legal regulations and legal issues as well as a knack for numbers.
• Responsible and decisive personality with a structured way of working and strong team spirit.
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as very good French skills are an advantage.
