• Collaboration with doctors, therapists, management

• Development, implementation and evaluation of nursing goals, standards and processes

• Organization of nursing development (nursing research, quality development, nursing audit)

• Training and further education of nursing staff, orientation to curricula and competency frameworks

• Conducting nursing case discussions and audits to improve quality

• Leadership and coordination of projects to further develop the nursing structure

• Incorporating nursing components (e.g. new treatment pathways, integration models)

• Cooperation with nursing management, chief physician, QM and personnel development

• Data collection, key figure analysis (e.g. nursing key figures, patient satisfaction, etc.)
