The Waldheim Foundation offers people with intellectual, physical, and psychological disabilities a variety of residential and day structure places in six residential homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 200 residents.
We are looking for a specialist for care and support (60-100%) for the Residential Home Sonne in Rehetobel, starting immediately or by agreement:
Specialist for Care and Support (60-100%)
Your tasks:
- Accompanying, promoting, and caring for adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities according to the key person system
- Creating written documentation
- Assisting in the household of the living group
- Collaboration with relatives and specialists
What you bring:
- Completed training preferably in the field of care for people with disabilities, work pedagogy, social pedagogy, curative education/psychiatric nursing, or in the nursing field
- Resilience in demanding situations
- Willingness to work irregular hours
