We are looking for a Store Associate for our FNAC Manor La Chaux-de-Fonds store at a 20% rate, available on Saturdays.
Your Missions
• You are responsible for informing customers to ensure them quality service
• You handle product checkouts
• You promote Fnac services and the Fnac card to build customer loyalty
• Work in the areas of Technical Products: microphones, office equipment, image, sound, telephony and Editorial Products: books, comics, mangas, video games
• Ensure merchandising compliance and maintain the quality of your department's appearance
• Participate in stock management and the assortment offered to our customers
• You handle product checkouts
• You promote Fnac services and the Fnac card to build customer loyalty
