What awaits you:
Coordination and supervision of construction and assembly measures taking into account occupational and environmental safety as well as interface coordination with external companies
Monitoring compliance with construction specifications and elimination of defects
Conducting intermediate inspections and handovers
Coordination and supervision of quality assurance measures on construction sites
Preparation of target/actual comparisons and deviation analyses in schedule control and cost control
Planning and conducting construction management meetings and regular discussions
Preparation and processing of technical reports, status and meeting reports as well as deviation analyses
Placing orders and handling additional contracts
Coordination of operational interfaces of contractors
You bring with you:
Completed training as a technician or engineer (mechanical engineering, electrical) or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience as a construction/assembly manager in new construction or renovation projects (ideally hydropower)
Experience in corrosion protection and non-destructive testing methods is an advantage
Experience in water management / aquatic ecology / renewable energies is desirable
Independent and team-oriented working style
A high degree of assertiveness and resilience as well as solution orientation
