Specialist in Intensive Care Medicine for On-Call Services

About the job

• You ensure the medical care and monitoring of critically ill patients during on-call service
• You provide professional support, including supervision, to the on-duty (nursing) teams on site
• You take over telephone consultation for complex medical issues
• You are present in our intensive care unit for emergency situations and demanding interventions when needed
• You also participate in interdisciplinary rounds, case discussions, and handovers on weekends

• You have a Swiss specialist title in intensive care medicine (or Mebeko recognition)
• You have several years of experience in intensive care medicine as well as solid knowledge in ventilation therapy, hemodynamic monitoring, and emergency management
• You are a responsible person with strong communication skills and team orientation
• You are characterized by decisiveness and resilience
