The beautifully located Hochweid Retirement Center in Kilchberg includes a retirement and nursing home with space for around 48 residents as well as a nursing group with 10 places for people with dementia. The focus of our work is on palliative care and dementia care. Our center also includes a retirement settlement with 53 senior apartments as well as 5 additional senior apartments in the Conradstift at Dorfstrasse 80/82.

• Ensuring optimal basic care for needy, sick, and dying residents, taking into account palliative principles
• Observing and precisely carrying out medically prescribed measures guided by nursing management or nursing team leadership
• Implementation of medical-nursing treatment care
• Activation and promotion of the physical and mental strength of the residents through guidance and encouragement towards self-help and independence
• Collaboration with doctors, relatives, reference persons, volunteers, and external services in consultation with superiors
• Continuous coding and documentation for RAI NH
• Observance of ethical principles, safety, effectiveness, economy, and well-being

• Completed nursing training as a certified nursing specialist HF or health specialist/FaGe (Swiss recognition must be available)
• Experience in long-term care
• Experience with RAI RUG is an advantage
• Physical and mental resilience
• You appreciate humor, love animals, and work enthusiastically in a team
