Your tasks
• Participation-oriented support of employees in
their work according to the core mission and the SILEA
brand core.
• Support with nursing and medical
actions.
• Contact person for employees and conducting
employee interviews.
• Designing the workday as well as the activation offer.
• Carrying out activities in the Thun social area.
• Active participation in work and project groups.
• Further development of the activation concept and
offers.
• Promoting collaboration and communication
within the department, across departments, and with
our customers.

Your profile
• Completed training as an activation specialist or equivalent experience
• Knowledge in psychology and pedagogy, as well as in
activation and movement therapy
• Experience in planning and conducting
group and individual activities
• Promotion of independence and quality of life
of employees
• Creative, empathetic, patient, and resilient
personality in dealing with different
needs
• Independent and structured way of working
• Open to new methods and developments
