- Professional and holistic care and support of our residents with dementia development and ensuring high-quality care and support
- Performing tasks according to the competence profile
- Taking over daily responsibility by arrangement
- Close contact with relatives and doctors
- Co-responsible for the implementation of care processes
- Interdisciplinary collaboration

- Training as a Health Specialist EFZ or Care Specialist EFZ
- Several years of professional experience
- Flexible, reliable and resilient
- Appreciative interaction and joy in the profession
- High quality awareness
- Team player and committed
- You can express yourself well orally and in writing in German
- PC skills
