Intern Process Analysis (80-100%) - 1499
Ensuring electricity in Switzerland
In this versatile internship, you will support various teams in different departments of the Business Unit Grid Infrastructure in analyzing and optimizing planning and work processes for the construction and maintenance of the transmission grid. The following tasks await you:
- Familiarization with the functioning and processes of the transmission grid
- Support in analyzing the processes "Working on or near Swissgrid high-voltage facilities" as well as assisting in optimizing and redesigning these
- Collaboration in developing new, standardized subprocesses
- Modeling new or revising existing processes in PBMN 2.0
- Regular exchange with subject matter experts, process engineers, and quality management to ensure optimal coordination of processes
- Support in the implementation of new and revised processes

For this position, we are looking for a communicative team player who enjoys working in a team and department. You are able to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with new topics and understand complex relationships. In addition, you bring the following:
- University or technical college degree in electrical engineering or related technical sciences
- Interest in getting to know the operation of the Swiss transmission grid
- Flair and interest in quality and process management and their further development
- Knowledge of process modeling with BPMN and DMN is an advantage
- Structured and quality-conscious way of working
- Very good, negotiation- and style-secure German language skills
