The third largest psychiatric clinic in the canton of Bern is open to patients from all over Switzerland and abroad and is responsible for the inpatient psychiatric basic care of the eastern Bernese Oberland. Tasks
<p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Your core task is to take over the implementation of individual psychotherapies in selected cases, contributing with your experience to ensure that a significant psychotherapeutic focus can be set during the inpatient treatment of our patients. Furthermore, you will lead group psychotherapies. You will be actively involved in the further development of treatment offerings.&nbsp;</span></p>

Expectations
<ul><li><span style="font-size: 16px;">You have a completed university degree in psychology and a completed federal or FSP-recognized specialist title as a psychotherapist.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 16px;">You are proficient in the German language, both spoken and written. If necessary, you can also conduct therapy sessions in English.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 16px;">You bring several years of outpatient and/or inpatient clinical-diagnostic and psychotherapeutic experience.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 16px;">You are open, resilient, and flexible, with a high sense of responsibility and good communication skills for dealing with patients and colleagues.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 16px;">You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration within the team.</span></li></ul>
