Your team
Operations division provide secure and efficient processing of Pictet’s banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure all activities follow regulations and manage risks.
By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet wealth management, asset management and real estate clients.
You will join the Regulatory Transactional team, which is part of the Reporting Services. This team ensures the daily production of transactional regulatory reporting and monitors the transmission of data to various "Trade Repositories" in compliance with market supervisory authorities' requirements and the needs of our clients.
Your role
- Monitor the generation and transmission of daily files to "Trade Repositories," as well as handle rejections for MIFIR, EMIR, FinFrag Art. 39, FinFrag Art. 104, MAS, HKMA, HKEX, HKIDR, and CFTC reporting.
- Participate in testing new features and ensure non-regression testing of our reporting.
- Ensure the implementation of reporting services/offerings for new clients, in partnership with business lines and clients.
- Update procedures and documentation related to your activities.
- Document and manage production incidents, and communicate issues and/or production delays to the management.
Your profile
Hard skills
₋ 1 to 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services sector.
₋ Experience in the production and quality control of banking reports.
₋ Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
₋ Strong understanding of derivatives cycle.
₋ Excellent command of French and English.
Soft skills

Qualifications
