Mandate Manager 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks include:
- Comprehensive consulting and support of our customer portfolio
- Expansion of existing customer relationships
- Acquisition of new corporate clients
- Support of clients in complex claims cases
- Project-related support for clients (construction site, assembly, transport insurance, etc.)
- Creating and conducting risk analyses, presentations, and contract optimizations
You bring:
- Insurance specialist with federal diploma
- Registered insurance broker VBV
- Proven expertise and experience in brokerage
- Independent working style and good organizational skills
- Convincing appearance, winning personality, and enjoyment of customer contact
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Customer orientation and pronounced service mentality
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
- French and/or English skills are an advantage
