Electrician EFZ for Internal Sales (80-100%)

Would you like to make the step from the construction site to the office or consolidate your first experiences? To strengthen our internal sales team, we are looking for a committed individual who enjoys customer contact and supports sales with communication skills and reliability. With us, you have the opportunity to gradually grow into an office role. We value your electrical engineering know-how and actively support you in taking on new tasks.

Your main tasks:

• Processing orders via online shop, email, telephone
• Creating quotations, deliveries and invoices
• Clarifications and handling of customer concerns (electrical planners, electricians, etc.)
• Support in planning and executing projects
• Customer-related master data maintenance
• Creating and coordinating production orders for manufacturing

Your profile:

• Completed training as an Electrician EFZ or Electrical Planner
• Very good German language skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Motivation to learn new things
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in customer consulting
• Organised and reliable working style, team-oriented and resilient personality
