Head of Human Resources & Member of the Executive Board (70-100%)
With over 150 dedicated employees, we enable many people to live a self-determined life at home. As an established Spitex organization, we combine quality, humanity, and innovation. Our executive board consists of four members – including HRM. We have our own quality management as well as professional marketing communication and are therefore well networked and future-oriented. We rely on modern process orientation, digital tools, and AI-supported solutions to make our work efficient and future-oriented.
To complement our executive board, we are looking for a personality who actively shapes our corporate culture.
What is the scope of responsibilities
- Responsibility for the strategic and operational implementation of all HR processes in close coordination with the executive board
- Expansion and consolidation of HR structures and processes as well as further development of our value-based corporate culture
- Recruitment of specialists and executives and strengthening the employer brand in cooperation with marketing communication (employer branding)
- Further development and operation of occupational health management
- Planning and implementation of digitization projects in the HR area
What you bring
- HR professional certificate or equivalent qualification
- Several years of practical experience in HR management, ideally in healthcare (with or without leadership experience)
- Conceptual, networked, and economic thinking – and the ability to develop and effectively implement solutions
- Strong communication skills, implementation competence, integrative ability, and empathy
