Your tasks
- Managing financial accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset accounting
- Reconciling inventory accounting with materials management
- Participating in cost accounting and ensuring correct cost center postings
- Managing and monitoring all cash registers as well as handling incoming and outgoing payment transactions
- Responsible for dunning and debt collection in cooperation with patient and resident administration
- Ensuring correct VAT posting, billing, and reconciliation
- Contributing to the further development of the internal control system (ICS)
- Key user of the Abacus financial module and supporting the head of business management with closings, budgeting, and analyses
Your backpack
- Training as a finance and accounting specialist or several years of experience as a clerk in finance and accounting
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally Abacus
- Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
- High affinity for numbers as well as enjoyment of precise and efficient work
- Team-oriented personality with good communication skills
